Stacks Fashions 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our streetwear. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items must be free from wear, stains, odors, or alterations.
• Damaged or defective items upon delivery must be reported within 7 days with photos.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email customer support directly at rj@stacksfashions.com with your Order Number and details about the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, our team will provide return authorization and instructions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email rj@stacksfashions.com to initiate a return, and once accepted, place a new order for your desired size or color.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our return center, we will notify you of the approval. Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
